I modified the plumbing, replacing the water tank low point drain with a fixture that allows a garden-type hose to be attached.&#160; This allows the RV to be filled through the bottom, eliminating the need to open the RV so that the fill hole can be accessed.&#160; The white knob at the end is a plug to keep dirt from getting into the plumbing:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3776\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto\" height=\"500\" alt=\"IMG_3776\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wymore.net\/benandtricia\/blog\/ben3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_3776.jpg\" width=\"375\" \/> <\/p>\n<p>I also added switches that allow the solar panel to charge either battery, and the coach to run off of either battery:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3777\" style=\"display: block; The RV came with an oven, which we use for dairy, but I wanted to add a second oven for meat:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3694\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto\" height=\"500\" alt=\"IMG_3694\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wymore.net\/benandtricia\/blog\/ben3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_3694.jpg\" width=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Removed the oven and cut out the cabinetry below.&#160; The hose for the catalytic heater attaches on the far side.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3758\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto\" height=\"500\" alt=\"IMG_3758\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wymore.net\/benandtricia\/blog\/ben3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_3758.jpg\" width=\"667\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I had to add risers to that the second oven could fit in above the wheel well:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3756\" style=\"display: block; Lower oven installed.&#160; I pulled off the range components.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3761\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto\" height=\"500\" alt=\"IMG_3761\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wymore.net\/benandtricia\/blog\/ben3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/IMG_3761.jpg\" width=\"375\" \/>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>To prevent the steam from the lower oven from entering the top oven, I built a duct out of sheet metal:   <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_3762\" style=\"display: block;
