Who is that little lion?
Mechel can actually dribble a regular size basketball! I’m not sure if this is normal for most 27 month olds , but it sure is adorable. He can dribbble about 10 times before the ball bounces away from him. One night after bath time, Ben wanted to take some pictures of Mechel. Of course, Mechel took the opportunity to become very animated and started to fly off the sofa arm onto the cushions! It was a wonderful way to wind down before bed….. The intial pose!
Mechel got a new Little Tikes car for Chanukkah from his Bubbe and Zayde! He loves to zoom all over the house and pretend to go on different errands. Shortly after we fully assembled the car, Mechel showed us his stunt tricks. Fortunately, he has not repeated this one since this photo [...] Mechel has a collection of animals that he has started to call “my friends”. He often sleeps with them, and will bring them into the living room each morning. It all started with Elmo, followed by Big Bear, then Little Bear. Big Bear needed socks (the red ones, Mommie) and Elmo needed a shirt [...] Mechel loves to “help” fix things. He is also very aware of the diferrence between his “play” tools and our “real” tools. Luckily, Bubbe and Zayde sent some very convincing play tools for Chanukkah. The “power drill” looks nearly identical to one of Ben’s, and Mechel loves to drill anything and everything [...] After lighting the menorah, Mechel gets his special Chanukkah Gelt (yummy chocolate!) |
