Tricia at the Kotel

For six weeks, starting in late August of 2000, Trish was studying at Neve Yerushalayim in Jerusalem.  On the 8th of September, Tricia called me at 2 AM (noon Jerusalem time) to let me know that she was at the Kotel.  The Kotel is a section of the retaining wall of the Temple Mount, the platform upon which the two Jewish Temples stood (the second temple was destroyed about 2000 years ago.)

I wanted to see if I could see Trish at the Kotel using the Aish HaTorah Kotel web camera, but we only have one phone line at home, so I couldn't talk to her and surf the web at the same time.  So, I hung up with Trish, and got online.  While watching the web camera, I opened another browser and sent text messages to Tricia's cell phone.  I asked her to stand next to the white car in the parking lot (see frame 3, below), and I watched two little stick figures (Tricia was with her roommate) move towards and stand next to the car in the parking lot.

The animation at the bottom of this page will take a while to load - look at the three images below to find out where to look for Trish during the animation.

From 11:56 to 12:04, Trish is here.

From 12:16 to 12:20, Trish and her roommate are here.

From 12:22 to 12:26, Trish and her roommate are here.

Here's the animation!
