Rocket Ride

This was my first Rocket Ride with my new Edge 305.  I rode with it on Friday, which probably explains why I didn't do so well today.  I also need to get more than 5 hours of sleep Saturday night.  Dumb!

Anyhow, here's a graph showing altitude, speed, and heart rate.  This is the post-warm up portion of the ride until I was dropped (the ride starts in Nyack, but rides "slow" until Piermont):
