Designing our kitchen
Here’s the North wall of our kitchen:
We got our two new ranges and microwaves today, so I went to millspride.com and used their Online Kitchen Designer. Here’s what we came up with:

This week’s ride to work
AM:
Avg: 16.65 MPH
Max: 38.4 MPH
PM:
Avg: 12.14 MPH
Max: 33.6 MPH
Yikes! I can really tell I’ve been off the bike for 4 months! On the way back I had to get off the bike 4 times – my legs were really hurting. It took 2 days for the sore sensation to go away.
Hopefully the chart will show a pretty rapid improvement like it did in ’03 (the x-axis is the week of the year):
